Do you use the Campercontact extranet? Then please enter your prices and availability for next calenderyear in Travelbase. Don't forget to include any surcharges and additional fees. (If you use iCall for availability, this is already synced automatically.)

👉 Follow these steps:

• Log in to your Travelbase account (Having trouble logging in? Let us know via business@campercontact.com)
• Go to the ‘Prices’ section.
• Scroll to the right until you reach the end of the price period and click Enter.

• You will reach a page where you can set different periods and prices. Update these with the correct rates.
• Do you use one price for the entire year? Then you only need to enter one period (always use prices in Euro).

Is your Property Management System/Channel Manager (such as Qenner/Campnerd,Camping.care or Ctoutvert) connected to Campercontact? Then, your availability and prices are automatically kept up to date. Please note: surcharges and additional fees are not automatically updated. Make sure to update these manually for 2026.

• Log in to your Travelbase account (Having trouble logging in? Let us know via business@campercontact.com)
• Go to “Options and Additional Costs”.
• Check whether all surcharges and additional costs (electricity, pets, etc.) are up to date and adjust them to the correct rates.
• Do you have multiple options? Then you can click the Copy button at the top to apply these settings to all options.
• A dog is a surcharge (and not an additional cost).
