Step 1 – Select your location

Go to https://www.campercontact.com/en/subscription/buy-b2b-subscription.
Type your location name, city, or site code in the search bar and select your campsite from the list.
If your site is not yet listed, click the link that says Is your location not yet listed on Campercontact? Add the location via and continue with the registration.

Once your location is selected, you’ll see a confirmation message. Click Next to move forward.

Step 2 – Choose your visibility package

Campercontact offers visibility packages to help you reach more motorhome travellers.
Our standard commission rate is 15%, which drops towards 10% depending on your selected package.

Then, choose:

  • Bookable – Yes: if you want to receive online bookings and payments via Campercontact.
    Select your PMS system from the list.

    Once you have selected your PMS, our team will request the data. If possible, please install your Campercontact channel in your PMS environment in advance.
    The data will be retrieved and loaded into our system within 1 to 7 days. During this period, we will contact you for some additional information.

    If you don’t have one yet, select I don’t have any or Other. Choose Other to manage your bookings through the Campercontact extranet.

  • FREE: if you don’t want to select an extra package. The commission is 15% — no cure, no pay.

Click Next to continue.

Step 3 – Fill in your contact details

Enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
These details will be used for your Campercontact business account and for any communication about your listing.

Click Next once your details are complete.

Step 4 – Add your company details

Most address fields will already be prefilled.
To activate your account, please also fill in the following:

  • VAT number
  • IBAN
  • BIC

These details are needed to process your payments and payouts securely.

Click Next to continue.

Step 5 – Review and confirm your information

You’ll now see a summary of all your data, including:

  • Location information
  • Selected package
  • Contact details
  • Payment details

Check that everything is correct.
If you’ve selected a paid package, you can pay immediately or on invoice to activate it.
If you’ve chosen FREE, you’ll receive your login credentials by email within a few minutes.

If you connect your own PMS with our system, only steps A & D are important (availability and prices are still loaded via the connection).

Step A – Log in to the Travelbase Extranet

Go to https://campercontact-partners.travelbase.nl/en/login
Log in with your email address and password which you will receive within 24 hours. Please check your SPAM  
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password” to receive a reset link.

Sign your contract

Before you can start receiving bookings, you need to digitally accept the Campercontact agreement inside your Travelbase Extranet.

  • Go to the Data tab at the top of your dashboard.
  • Click Agreements in the left-hand menu.
  • Open your active agreement (for example “NL – Terms of use Campercontact 15% DB”).
  • Click Read conditions to review the full terms.
  • Tick the checkbox “For acceptance of the agreement, and for agreement and receipt of general terms and conditions.”
  • Click Publish to confirm.
  • After acceptance, your cooperation with Campercontact becomes active and we can book your campsite or motorhome site through the platform.

Step B – Check your availability

  • Go to Accommodation → Availability.
  • Confirm all dates for the upcoming season.
  • Toggle availability per day, week, month, or even multiple months at once.

Step C – Add or update prices

  • Open Prices tab.
  • Want to set rates per night? Simply add your nightly rates. The standard price always applies to 2 persons (see capacity and dimensions).
  • Want to add an extra person? Click on the cogwheel in the top left corner, select ‘Extra person’, and then add the corresponding rate. Do you have multiple rates for extra persons? Then we can also set these via: Details > Additional costs > Option.

💡 Tip: We recommend applying a single uniform rate per additional person. This ensures a clear and smooth check-out experience for the guest.

  • Use Set Period to set season rates.
  • Note: Make sure to enter prices for all months, even when you’re closed. Set availability to “0” for the periods when your location is closed.

Step D – Options and additional costs

  • Go to Data → Options and Additional Costs.
  • Verify extras:
  • Dog = Surcharge (not Option)
  • Copy same extras to all pitch types

✅ Your listing is now connected to Campercontact and ready to receive bookings.

Our booking specifications

  • Payment: We pay out all bookings every two weeks.
  • Cancellation policy: We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. This ensures a stable cash flow, even if a camper does not show up.
  • Commission: Commission is only calculated on the price of the overnight stay (for 2 people or more) — not on additional costs or extra options.
  • Rates per package:
    • Free: 15%
    • Basic: 12%
    • Boost, Ultimate & Premium: 10%
  • Booking notifications: With every reservation, you will automatically receive a notification by email or via your linked system.
  • Extranet: You can easily manage all your settings yourself via our extranet login.

  • Campercontact Host Portal for profile & visibility

Step A – Travelbase Extranet

Follow Scenario 1 steps A–D to set availability, prices and extras.

Step B – Access your Campercontact Host Portal

Once your listing is live, you’ll get an email with access details.

Log in with your email address
Click “Reset password” to create your login

In your Host Portal you can:

  • Update photos, a picture, about us and descriptions
  • Respond to reviews
  • See profile views & visibility stats
  • Pin a review
  • See insights.
